1. Who we are

These Terms and Conditions apply to the online store KeysHaven (keyshaven.com) ("KeysHaven", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Some games are rated for adults, and you are responsible for respecting age ratings.

3. Our products

We sell digital activation keys and codes for video games and software that are redeemed on third-party platforms such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo. Product names, logos, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo or the game publishers unless stated otherwise.

4. Activation, platforms and regions

To use a key you need an account on the relevant platform and must accept that platform's terms. Before buying, check the platform, region restrictions, language and system requirements shown on the product page. The game or software itself, including its servers, updates and online features, is provided by its publisher, not by us.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never receive your full card details. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders and verification

Your order is an offer to buy. We may review orders to prevent fraud and may ask you to verify your identity or payment before delivering a key. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot supply the key, in which case you receive a full refund.

7. Delivery

Keys are delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, as described in our Delivery Policy. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and for keeping your keys secure once delivered.

8. Refunds

Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

Keys are for your personal use or for gifting. You may not buy keys for commercial resale, use the store for fraudulent purposes, use payment methods you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the store's security or operation.

10. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these terms and to the extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
