How you receive your key
After your payment is confirmed, we email your key, together with activation instructions, to the email address you entered at checkout. Please make sure it is correct.
Delivery times
Most orders are delivered shortly after payment is confirmed. Some orders are reviewed for security before delivery, which can take up to 24 hours. Pre-orders are delivered on or before the release date.
Didn't get your key?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If your key has not arrived within 24 hours, email business@extellc.com with your order number.
